The accommodation has thermostatically controlled underfloor heating throughout and comprises:

Ground Floor

Large entrance hallway with stone flagged floor, coat storage and boot drying facilities.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with solid wood 5ft kingsize 4-poster bed, flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD player and iPod dock, a bedside radio/alarm clock and a hairdryer. Solid oak floors and furniture including bedside cabinets, double wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror. The master bedroom window is the original barn opening, now fully glazed, and looks towards Old Cragg Hall.

En-suite: Shower room with corner shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Bedroom 2: With 'zip n link' beds (can be twin or 6ft super-king, please advise layout when booking). Solid oak floors and furniture including bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A radio/alarm clock and hairdryer are provided. This bedroom has huge windows overlooking the old cobbled yard and stable and the open fields beyond.

Bedroom 3: With 'zip n link' beds (please advise preferred layout). This bedroom has built-in wardrobes and solid oak floors and bedside cabinets. A radio/alarm clock and hairdryer are provided. The view from the window is over the old cobbled yard and stable and the open fields beyond.

House Bathroom: With bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Utility: Understairs cupboard with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. A separate cupboard houses the vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

First Floor

Huge open-plan space with lounge, kitchen and dining area spanning the whole floor, with solid oak floors and window seats from which to admire the panoramic views. Bespoke LED lighting provides intimacy and atmosphere in the evenings and the wood-burning stove makes it cosy on cold nights. There is a very large sofa along with 3 leather armchairs, and a separate large window seating area. The dining area seats 6 with a large glass-topped table and comfortable leather dining chairs.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an extensive range of cupboards and granite worksurfaces.

Facilities include full-HD flat-screen TV with FreeSat-HD, Blu-ray DVD player, iPod/iPhone docking station, radio/CD player, free wireless broadband internet access, wood-burning stove & logs and a mobile phone available for emergencies. The kitchen appliances include electric double oven, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and slimline dishwasher (washer/dryer in utility downstairs).

Outside

A huge stone-flagged patio with comfortable garden furniture, barbeque and fabulous panoramic views over the valley.
